Inshore trips will vary between all three lagoon systems depending on recent productivity, weather conditions, and what species of fish the angler decides to target. You will encounter a variety of fish including, but not limited to Redfish, Trout, Tarpon, Snook, and Black Drum.

All inshore trips are Catch and Release Only.

Trips Info & Payment

Rates will include fuel, fishing licenses, rods, reels, lures, bait, a cooler, and ice. We recommend that you bring enough food and drinks for the duration of time you plan on fishing.

A $200.00 deposit is required to reserve dates for ALL TRIPS. The balance can be paid on the day of the trip. Captain Eric reserves the right to change or cancel trips due to inclement weather. If the trip is cancelled by the captain, a full refund will be issued, or the trip rescheduled. Cancellation by the client within 7 days of the trip will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellation within 24 hours of the trip by the client or no call/no show will result in the full price of trip due.

Cash and all major credit/debit cards are accepted. A credit card processing fee will be applied to all non in-person credit card payments.

A gratuity of 15-20% is recommended for your captain who works hard to both put you on fish and to ensure that you're having a good time!!

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment and Deposits:

  • A deposit $200 will be due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due after the trip.
  • Payments may be made with cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card(3% fee).
  • A valid credit card will be necessary for the booking, but the deposits can also be made with the above payment methods.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Capt. Eric reserves the right to change or cancel trips due to inclement weather. If the trip is canceled by the Captain, a full refund of deposit will be issued or the trip rescheduled.
  • Cancellation by the client within 7 days of your trip date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, if the trip cannot be rescheduled.
  • Cancellation by client within 24 hours of the trip or no call/no-show will result in the full price of the trip due.
  • All offshore/Nearshore trips of 4 persons or less will be converted to inshore trips in the case of inclement ocean conditions/small craft advisory.

3. Age and Passenger Restrictions:

  • Children ages 5 and above are welcome on all of our trips.
  • Maximum number of passengers for deep sea trips is 6 persons. For inshore trips, 4 persons is the maximum.

4. Safety and Conduct:

  • The captain has the authority to terminate the charter for unacceptable behavior.
  • Illegal drugs will not be permitted.
  • Alcohol is permitted, but please be respectful and mindful not to overdue it and drink too much. No glass bottles please.
  • Misuse of equipment can lead to trip cancellation without refund.

5. Responsibility for Damage:

  • Customers are responsible for damage or loss of equipment caused by their actions. This includes but is not limited to — (breaking rods, reels, seats, boat hatches, or losing any of the boats equipment or gear over the side of the boat).
  • The client will be billed for the replacement cost of any damaged equipment or damage done to the vessel.
  • The captain may have the authority to assess replacement costs or damages.

6. Captain's Authority:

  • The captain has the final say on weather-related cancellations and other decisions.
  • The captain has the authority to terminate the charter if passengers are unruly or unsafe.

7. Other Considerations:

  • The Captain will exhaust all options in order to try and catch fish for customers, but success and catching fish are not always guaranteed and cannot be guaranteed due to many different variables out of our control.
  • Customers are expected to be on time for the scheduled departure.
  • We will try to accommodate customers who are not on time, but if other trips are scheduled directly after yours, the customer will forfeit the time that they are late on their trip.

8. Sea Sickness:

  • Please be sure to take any sea sickness medication at least an hour prior to the trip, but I highly advise taking it the night prior to the trip as well to avoid sea sickness.
  • The captain cannot control individual sea sickness and if the trip has to be cut short due to such circumstances based upon the decision made by clients to return to dock then there will be no refunds for the time slot booked.
